Pricing questions
Will the free version stay free?
Yes. The customizable rental application PDF is free forever, with no watermark and no signup.
Is there a free trial that auto-bills?
No. You only pay if you choose Pro, and you can cancel anytime with “Manage subscription” on this page.
Do applicants pay anything?
No. Applicants never pay us. If you charge an application fee or use a screening company, you collect that yourself, within your state's limits.
Does Pro run credit or background checks?
No. We are not a consumer reporting agency. Use any screening company you like; our online form deliberately does not collect SSNs, so the screening company asks for them directly.
Do I need an account?
No. After checkout you get a licence key. Pro unlocks on this device automatically; enter the key to unlock another device.
Can I get a refund?
If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
